The rooms at Austrian Pilgrim Hospice are cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area where you can relax. The city view from some of the rooms is absolutely amazing! You'll love waking up to such a stunning sight. I really liked that the rooms come with a minibar. It's convenient to have drinks and snacks readily available. The private bathroom, complete with a shower and hairdryer, is a great feature that adds convenience to your stay. The bed linen and towels provided in each room are fresh and clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floors in the room a bit cold and not very cozy.

The staff was always ready to assist and ensure that I had a comfortable stay. It truly catered to the needs of older guests.

I would have liked to see more activities or amenities specifically designed for senior people during their vacation. Maybe some gentle exercise classes or a dedicated space for relaxation.

The hotel's location in the heart of the historic city is incredible, with stunning views from the windows. The spacious, vintage rooms had a ventilator and a radiator for comfort. The friendly staff were exceptional, especially Zena at reception. Breakfast was tasty and the cafe offered delicious desserts.

I traveled to Jerusalem for a short stay and was fortunate to find the Austrian Pilgrim Hospice. The vintage room was spacious and charming, with no TV but that was not an issue for me. The lack of air-conditioning was manageable with the ventilator and radiator provided. The hotel's location on the Via Dolorosa was truly incredible, offering stunning views from the windows. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable experience.
